RENO, NV / ACCESS Newswire / September 24, 2026 / The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges has announced that Eryn Jane Branch has been named the organization’s next chief executive officer, following a national search led by the NCJFCJ Board of Directors. Branch previously served as co-director of the NCJFCJ’s Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program.

Heath, NCJFCJ president. “Eryn’s deep expertise in domestic violence work, her steady leadership of our Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program, and her long record of building strong, sustainable initiatives make her well prepared to lead the NCJFCJ into its next chapter. Branch holds more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization. She began her tenure there in 2012 as a senior policy analyst and, just two years later, advanced into a leadership role as director of the Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program, where she oversaw national curricula and training institutes, multidisciplinary court improvement projects, publications and website development, and grant proposals designed to meet the needs of the judiciary. She has demonstrated exceptional strengths in strategic funding diversification, budget management, and responsive program development, and has consistently exemplified a deep commitment to the NCJFCJ’s mission, members, values, and strategic priorities.

The NCJFCJ Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program has grown significantly, securing new awards, expanding staff, and launching partnerships in emerging topic areas such as behavioral health and firearms violence. Her work has centered the needs of court-involved families and reflected a deep appreciation for the judges and communities working every day to improve the lives of children and families who seek justice.
